We ship via UPS and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $49 ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most customers can expect to receive their food and supplies within 3 to 7 days. Orders that require prescription approval or personalization may take longer to ship.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

No, we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within US and Canada.
